About Us

Mount Snow Vermont Rentals is a division of Palmiter Realty Group. Palmiter Realty Group has been in business for over 20 years and has earned a reputation for being a leader in sales, marketing and service in the real estate field.

Four years ago the decision was made to expand the rental department to offer the great service they have been famous for to the property rental business. Thus Mount Snow Vermont Rentals was born.  

Rebecca Paige - Morris, Sheila Joyce - Albano and TJ Sibilia all came into the business with excellent reputations and years of experience in the field locally. Most notably, Sheila was a founding owner of SnowResorts, the leader in condo rentals for 20 years in the Mount Snow Valley. Rebecca and TJ both worked with Sheila at SnowResorts prior to joining Mount Snow Vermont Rentals.

This past fall we were proud to add Anne Cunningham to our full time staff. While new to the rental business, Anne has earned a reputation in the hospitality business by working in and managing some of the valley’s best known restaurants. 

Here at Mount Snow Vermont Rentals you will find that the people who take reservations are the same people who maintain relationships with property owners. In short, we know our properties well, and have a vested interest in satisfying both the owner and the renter.  

Since forming the company we have modernized our operations with new websites, state of the art reservation and property management software, online booking, virtual tours and much more. We continue to focus our efforts on customer service while adding the latest in technological conveniences for our property owners and renters. 

Most of our technological efforts are aimed at better marketing our properties by providing our renters with as much information as possible to find the ideal vacation home for them. We are constantly making efforts to make our websites show well in the major search engines and then give our visitors the information they need to make a decision.  

We do not try to steer renters towards the properties we want them to rent, rather we make every effort to find the property that best fits the customer’s desires and budget. To that end, we are always providing feedback to our property owners so that they can optimize their properties to satisfy the customer’s needs and generate more rental income for themselves.
